I am an expert by experience with anxiety, depression, EUPD, and ADHD. I have worked in psychology for 9 years, with the aim to become a clinical psychologist one day.

As someone who is very passionate about mental health awareness and recovery, I became a part of Plymouth REG because their values align strongly with my own, and so that I could have the opportunity to empower others with my story and lived experience of mental health. I founded D&C Directory as a result of wanting to make mental health services more accessible.

I joined REG because I believe that lived experience perspectives are an invaluable part of mental health recovery and healthcare.

I have a background in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, primarily working in Neurodiversity Education and Support.

I was diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago and learning to understand myself better through this discovery has been life changing for me. As a result, I now use my own experience and knowledge to help others on similar journeys with improving their mental health and their relationships with themselves.

I am a consultant Clinical Psychologist working for Livewell Southwest in recovery services. I have been working with people who have experiences that get labelled as psychosis for many years. We explore different ways of making sense of their experiences and developing different ways of coping with them.

I am interested in how trauma can lead to these kinds of difficulties and how compassion can support recovery. I believe that people who have had their own difficulties have an important role to play in supporting the recovery of others.
