Exploring the Links between EUPD and ADHD: Learning to Understand, Recover, and Heal

Plymouth REG are very excited to announce a brand new workshop!
There is a lot of research available that supports the link between EUPD and ADHD, and these two conditions often go hand-in-hand. We have therefore put together a workshop that explores these links in a lot more detail.
This workshop is for:
- People who have experiences that may get labelled as emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD), or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), with or without a diagnosis.
- Their family, friends and carers.
- Mental health workers & professionals.
- Anyone who wants to know more about the links between EUPD & ADHD, as well as coping strategies for both conditions.
We will be exploring the signs and symptoms for both conditions, as well as risk factors, the overlap betwee EUPD and ADHD, how to recognise strengths in both conditions, and healthy coping strategies and promoting recovery for both conditions. We will also be taking part in several creative activities.
Please note that for safeguarding & insurance reasons, our workshops are only open to those over the age of 18. Our workshops are free to attend. Like all of our workshops, this workshop is co-produced by mental health professionals and experts by experience.
Light refreshments will be provided but please feel free to bring your own lunch. Please note there will be a maximum of 15 people attending this workshops, and 2 co-facilitators.
Unfortunately we have had an increase in no-shows at our workshops recently. We understand that things can come up last minute that mean you aren’t able to attend, so where possible, we ask that you let us know in advance if you are no longer able to attend by cancelling your ticket to give other
people the opportunity to attend.
If you have any questions or would like to know more before booking, please contact us on hello@plymouthreg.com or 01752 936306.
